Support Organization and Activities of CN Advisory Board

  • Support Organization and Activities of CN/WCGroup Working Committees.

    • Recruit participants and support development of Log and Intermodal Committee agendas.

    • Achieve consensus on actionable shipper data and prioritizing log and intermodal projects.

  • Logs.

    • Identify options for car supply – sourcing, rebuilding and ownership.

    • Invite logger and log trucker participation.

    • Identify potential means and consensus on building supply chain visibility for raw forest products.

    • Encourage consideration of potential value/obstacles to a “network” of terminals and remote locations.

    • Explore potential for multi-purpose transload facilities on northern lines.

    • Assist Northwood Rail Transit Commission Organization and Expansion.

    • Update WCG Website and Regularize Communications with WCG Stakeholder Network.Begin Outreach, Identify and Support Additional Local Line Stakeholder Groups, Potential “Line & Local Projects”.

    • Formulate 2014 Agenda and Plan for 2015-2018 Agendas.
